We are looking for a Front Office Executive for our newly opened office on Old Madras Road, Bangalore near Whitefield, whose main function will be to receive and route calls and messages and to attend to visitors in a warm, friendly and professional manner. The Technical Director, A/V Systems is one of the top technical members of the Systems products team. The Technical Director, A/V Systems is accountable for coordinating the technical efforts of all team members working on multiple Systems projects. They have dotted line management responsibility for shared resources from functional departments including Electrical HW, Software, Mechanical, Acoustics, and Signal Processing. The Technical Director, A/V Systems will also contribute in a hands-on manner to the implementation as required.
The role includes overseeing and managing QSC’s development partners working at global sites, in addition to projects based at our Boulder and Costa Mesa offices. This requires someone with excellent leadership and communication skills, and the desire and drive to grow and develop remote teams.
The Technical Director, A/V Systems position is a senior-level position that reports directly to the Vice President of R&D. The successful candidate will bring both technical and business understanding, as well as excellent team and interpersonal skills. In return, the role offers the opportunity to shape the future of QSC’s growing Systems products line.
The Product Compliance Engineer will be responsible for implementing the agency compliance needs for all QSC products. This includes digital, amplifier and powered loudspeaker products. This person is also responsible ensuring compatibility with all applicable global regulations and standards surrounding EMC, Energy, safety, life safety, telecom and any pertinent environmental regulations.

The Facilities group is a corporate organization that is responsible for the management of all leased and owned property domestically and internationally. The Facilities group provides Strategic and Tactical space planning, Construction Project management, Facilities Engineering, Facilities and Security Operations. The group also provides assistance for domestic and international facilities with these services when requested
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting in the planning and implementation of the design of factories, offices, and production lines in order to maximize the use of available space and improve overall efficiency. This hands on position is also responsible for estimating costs related to layout design, including equipment, materials and labor; and monitors the construction process and requires an extensive knowledge in building systems coupled with strong communication skills. This position will be required to assist at all levels of facilities projects and maintenance from performing system trouble shooting to making project recommendations.
The Digital Hardware Engineer is responsible for creating and implementing electronic hardware products for QSC, LLC.
Typical responsibilities include analog and digital circuit design, architectural design, schematic capture, circuit modeling, PCB layout, timing analysis, component selection, solving EMC and regulatory issues, bringing up prototypes, and testing & validating designs.
The position requires the individual to work well within a small, cross-functional team consisting of mechanical, software, and firmware engineers, as well as product managers, program managers, manufacturing engineers, and NPI engineers. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, has excellent problem solving skills, possesses a keen attention to detail, works well within a small team, and can produce results.
Under the leadership of the Vice President of Customer and Technical Support, the Director of Technical Call Center is responsible to drive and inspire a team of talented individuals to deliver excellent post-sales technical support customer experience. This role is responsible to manage global technical call center operations including regional outsourced partners. The successful candidate will effectively manage Applications Engineering Team (AET) Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for all three (3) Business Units (BU’s), including Cinema, Systems and Live Sound.

As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will engage with experienced technical directors, cross functional staff and outside partners to drive key aspects of product reliability requirements, execution and test. The successful candidate will be a proactive professional with outstanding communication skills and be very comfortable as a key participant on multiple design projects. You should have an excellent understanding of good reliability practices/techniques along with excellent working knowledge in reliability probabilities and statistics.
The senior project manager will coordinate the development and execution of project baselines for the design, development, prototype and full-scale testing of integrated hardware and software deliverables. Provide oversight for the operational aspects of the project and serve as the liaison between program management, senior management, and customer representatives for operations, scheduling and budget requirements. Continually review project status, expenditures and forecasts to complete projects on time and within budget. Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet production, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project management, line management, and the customer.

The Senior BI Architect is responsible for providing hands-on design and implementation expertise around data warehousing, ETL, OLAP/tabular cubes, report development and data modeling across QSC. QSC is searching for a Field Sales Engineer, APAC whose primary responsibility is to support the selling efforts of QSC’s Systems Direct Dealers, Systems Integrators and Distributors in Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia.

QSC is searching for a Sustaining Hardware Engineer will provide post-release design support for professional audio, video, and control products as well as assistance with current and future product development. Specific activities will include qualifying alternate components and solving complex issues arising in production and in the field. These activities will require circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and circuit simulation, plus hands-on digital, analog, and power electronics testing. In addition, the QSC Sustaining Hardware Engineer will be involved in design-to-value activities and work closely with engineering team members and technicians on multiple projects while having the opportunity to solve complex challenges.
The QSC Senior Power Amplifier Engineer is responsible for creating and implementing electronic hardware products for QSC. The Engineer will design and develop audio specific power supplies and amplifiers with power levels ranging from several watts to tens of kilowatts. A successful candidate needs a broad technical background designing, simulating, fabricating, and testing both switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and class D audio power amplifiers.

QSC seeks an experienced and self-motivated PLM Technical Analyst to help refine and grow the capabilities of QSC’s Oracle Agile PLM system, driving continuous improvement to meet business needs. This position will also serve to promote best practices and internal business processes with relation to change management and general PLM functions. The PLM Technical Analyst will act as an advocate of Product Lifecycle Management best practices, methods, and processes.
