As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will engage with experienced technical directors, cross functional staff and outside partners to drive key aspects of product reliability requirements, execution and test. The successful candidate will be a proactive professional with outstanding communication skills and be very comfortable as a key participant on multiple design projects. You should have an excellent understanding of good reliability practices/techniques along with excellent working knowledge in reliability probabilities and statistics.
The senior project manager will coordinate the development and execution of project baselines for the design, development, prototype and full-scale testing of integrated hardware and software deliverables. Provide oversight for the operational aspects of the project and serve as the liaison between program management, senior management, and customer representatives for operations, scheduling and budget requirements. Continually review project status, expenditures and forecasts to complete projects on time and within budget. Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet production, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project management, line management, and the customer.
QSC is looking for a Shipping Clerk to pick orders, palletize orders, load on the trucks and ship as directed. This position also receives materials into the warehouse, unloads trucks and participates in inventory functions. The shift for this role is from 5:50 AM to 2:30 PM.
The Senior BI Architect is responsible for providing hands-on design and implementation expertise around data warehousing, ETL, OLAP/tabular cubes, report development and data modeling across QSC. He/she will be tasked with leading development and design procedures of data driven items; working individually, with key stakeholders and managing additional development resources that will be utilized by finance, commercial and operational teams to answer key stake holder questions and solve problems with creative solutions to provide the critical insights necessary for leadership to make informed, data driven decisions.
The Regional Business Development Manager, Systems, specializes in the sales and application of audio, video and control solutions within regional end-user opportunities. This person will work alongside Sales Representatives, Integrators and Consultants working to create and foster opportunities within the geographic region. QSC is searching for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Live Sound who will be responsible for the creation, presentation, curation, and refinement of product marketing content for our diverse portfolio of live sound products and solutions. By your efforts, QSC Live Sound products’ features and benefits will be well-articulated and understood, as well as broadly and uniformly utilized by end-users, channel and marketing partners, QSC representatives and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a highly-developed ability to articulate pro audio product attributes in both technical and practical terms, a solid understanding of the myriad and differentiated needs of live sound users across a broad range of applications, and have a demonstrable portfolio of work indicating an extraordinary level of attention to detail.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Global Marketing – Live Sound and is global in scope. The PMM is not required to work at our headquarters in Southern California but must be able to interface with the Costa Mesa team in real-time at regular intervals.
QSC is searching for a Field Sales Engineer, APAC whose primary responsibility is to support the selling efforts of QSC’s Systems Direct Dealers, Systems Integrators and Distributors in Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia.
The position will provide systems sales and technical support to our channel partners, consultants and prospective users within the AV integration community.
Duties will involve;
- Pre-Sales system design and specification
- Post-Sales hardware and software troubleshooting
- Onsite product training and seminars.

The QSC SQA team is looking for a talented and experienced SQA Engineer to support embedded software testing with our system solution products. The Senior SQA Engineer will be part of the QSC Software Quality Engineering team.
As a Test Engineer, you will participate in the creation of tests plans, test strategy, running tests, implementing build and test infrastructure, test automation, test lab ownership, ensuring good engineering practices by the team.
This position is based in Boulder, Colorado.
QSC is searching for a Sustaining Hardware Engineer will provide post-release design support for professional audio, video, and control products as well as assistance with current and future product development. Specific activities will include qualifying alternate components and solving complex issues arising in production and in the field. These activities will require circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and circuit simulation, plus hands-on digital, analog, and power electronics testing. In addition, the QSC Sustaining Hardware Engineer will be involved in design-to-value activities and will work closely with engineering team members and technicians.
The QSC Senior Power Amplifier Engineer is responsible for creating and implementing electronic hardware products for QSC. The Engineer will design and develop audio specific power supplies and amplifiers with power levels ranging from several watts to tens of kilowatts. A successful candidate needs a broad technical background designing, simulating, fabricating, and testing both switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and class D audio power amplifiers.
Typical responsibilities include analog and digital circuit design, architectural design, schematic capture, circuit modeling and simulation, PCB layout, timing and signal integrity analysis, components evaluation and selection, solving EMC and regulatory issues, bringing up prototypes and troubleshooting, test and validation of the designs.
Engineer is responsible for delivering product design that meets all safety, regulatory, and performance requirements. In addition, the QSC Senior Power Amplifier Engineer will provide guidance to junior team members and technicians.
The position requires the individual to work well within a small, cross-functional team consisting of mechanical, software, and firmware engineers, as well as product managers, program managers, manufacturing engineers, and NPI engineers. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, has excellent problem-solving skills, possesses a keen attention to detail, works well within a small team, and can produce results.

The Software Engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of application software in Linux OS for a wide variety of projects for Q-SYS. You will have the ability to bring your own creative solutions to our customers and the audio, visual, and control product space while working in a dynamic and collaborative agile team environment.

QSC seeks an experienced and self-motivated PLM Technical Analyst to help refine and grow the capabilities of QSC’s Oracle Agile PLM system, driving continuous improvement to meet business needs. This position will also serve to promote best practices and internal business processes with relation to change management and general PLM functions. The PLM Technical Analyst will act as an advocate of Product Lifecycle Management best practices, methods, and processes.
QSC is looking for an Electronics Assembler. This is a temporary assignment and requires you to have experience with Electo-Mechanical Assembly. As an Assembler, you will be a part of a team structure that assembles QSC products in accordance with manufacturing and quality assurance procedures, under direct supervision. You would work in the corporate headquarters in Costa Mesa, California.
QSC is looking for a Temporary Electronic Tester who will be responsible for testing parts, sub-assemblies, and finished product prior to acceptance and shipment. This position requires an individual capable of working under pressure while making good independent judgments. This person will maintain great communication with superiors to assure procedures operate within the framework of organizational goals and objectives.
QSC is looking for an Electronics Repair Technician on a year-long, temporary basis to support Manufacturing and Engineering. This position will be testing production released products and test support for new product development. Daily tasks include production testing and troubleshooting digital and analog circuits to component level, including detailed reporting. This position requires reading of schematics and assembly diagrams. You must be able to work on assignments that are complexed in nature where judgements is required in resolving problems and making recommendation with little to no assistance. Performs a variety of tasks directly related to quality and integrity of products and test methods.
QSC seeks a New Products Quality Engineer, which is a technical engineering position focused on product and process quality excellence on new product launches. Ensures achievement of quality deliverables throughout the Product Development Process. The New Products Quality Engineer provides support to QSC Core Teams and leads quality initiatives and improvements throughout the Product Development Phases of new products. The New Products Quality Engineer reports to the New Products Quality Manager in the implementation of strategic departmental quality initiatives.
