• Provide applications support.
• Create solutions and develop system diagrams and bill of materials for sales opportunities.
• Conduct QSC training for our integrator, consultant and end-user community in a performative nature with confidence, charisma and a deep knowledge of the curriculum like Q-SYS Architect, Level 2 and Control and UCI.
• Perform in-person customer demonstrations in the experience center of new technologies for both in-person and remote participants
• Provide Advanced-level seminars and presentations as required.
• Assist in building and programming tradeshow technology demonstrations.
• Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, audio engineering and/or electronics.
• Minimum 4-year experience in the professional audio, visual, and control industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and performance skills with the ability to simplify and deliver complex AV and control concepts.
• Must be fluent in computer technologies, networked audio video and control systems, and DSP technology.
• Must have a deep understanding of integrated audio-visual systems and signal flow.
• Proven work experience as a Control System Programmer, Technical Support Engineer, installation Engineer, Commissioning Technician or similar role
• Solid understanding of the Q‑SYS Platform and Q‑SYS Designer Software is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Audio Visual industry certifications in CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D are desirable.
• IT industry certifications such as CCNA, CCDA, Network+ or equivalent are desirable.
• Certifications with third-party control integration (Extron, Crestron, AMX, etc.) are desirable.
• Experience with LUA scripting, User Interface Design, Control System Design, Logic flow, or similar skills is highly desirable.
• Experience with Unified Communications systems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, etc.) is desirable.
