Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Robotics) to join our engineering team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you’ll help design and implement core software powering next-generation intelligent audio, video, and control systems. You’ll work on robotics-inspired components that bring spatial awareness, automation, and adaptive control to real environments.

This is a hands-on technical position where you’ll contribute to C++ and Python systems, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers as part of a collaborative, innovation-driven group.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust software modules in C++ and Python for real-time and distributed systems.
  • Integrate robotics-inspired control and sensor fusion logic into scalable AV frameworks.
  • Build, test, and maintain system APIs, interfaces, and automation pipelines.
  • Work closely with architects and technical leads to deliver production-ready, high-performance components.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and drive technical quality.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in C++ (C++17 or newer) and Python.

· Strong foundation in ROS1/ROS2, control systems, or real-time robotics architectures.

· Experience with distributed or embedded systems and API-driven integration.

· Solid problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.

· Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to explore new technologies.

 

Nice to Have: 

· Experience with audio/video systems, real-time streaming, or AV networking.

· Familiarity with sensor integration, spatial analytics, or mechatronic systems.

· Knowledge of performance optimization for embedded or edge environments.
