The Solutions Architect, US Distribution, will provide the highest level of field support to our national and regional distribution partners and prospective customers by providing training, advanced system design, deployment, programming, third-party integration, and troubleshooting. The Solutions Architect will work closely and collaboratively with the US Distribution Sales team to ensure our distribution partners receive a high level of support and elevated experience.
Base Pay Range: $94,000 -- $137,000

Work with the US Distribution Sales team to demonstrate products, design systems, provide training, support sales activities, visit distribution partners and the sites of AV opportunities. Duties will include developing and delivering effective sales and technical presentations.
Assist the US Distribution Sales team in developing materials and providing technical information and sales assistance to our Distribution Partners and their customers.
Attend regional, national, and internal meetings as required. Exhibitor trade show booth set up and tear down at events and trade shows as well as technical troubleshooting will be required. Frequent travel throughout the US is required.
Monitor and report on relevant information from the field as it pertains to market trends, competitive landscape, sales opportunities, and business activities.
Collaborate internally with the Americas go-to-market team, product development team, training team, and marketing team. Focus on taking what you learn from the field and sharing it to help make us a high performing team.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor of Science in a related technology field or equivalent experience.
CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification (required).
AV and IT industry certifications (required), especially with Q-SYS or similar AV/control system platforms.
IT certifications such as CCNA, CCDA, Network+ (preferred).
Technical Proficiency
Minimum 7 years of AV industry experience.
Minimum 5 years in AV design and sales engineering.
High competence in third-party control integration (Q-SYS or similar).
Proficiency in audio, video, control, and networking technologies.
Experience with LUA scripting and/or control system integration (preferred).
Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, AV industry-specific software
Industry Experience
Demonstrated success in the AV/IT distribution channel (preferred).
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time (primarily domestic, some international).
