Overview

The Senior Manager, Ecosystem & Marketing Enablement will lead the technology, processes, and analytics that drive both the Ecosystem and Marketing teams’ productivity, scalability, and performance. This role will play a pivotal part in optimizing our marketing technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and enabling initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.


This role is critical in ensuring that Ecosystem and Marketing teams operate efficiently, campaigns are setup and executed seamlessly, and data-driven insights inform strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Ecosystem, Training, Alliance, Sales and Marketing teams to streamline operations and enable growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms, and a data-driven mindset to support pipeline growth and revenue goals.

 

Base Pay Range 140k-185k

The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. In addition to the base salary range, QSC offers a comprehensive package including but not limited to health benefits, 401K or Roth retirement plans and generous time off.  

Responsibilities

Ecosystem and Marketing Operations & Technology Management:

  • Support integrations across marketing automation, CRM, and other business systems as applicable
  • Oversee automation strategies (e.g., lead management, nurture programs, segmentation, and scoring models) to drive demand and engagement
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools to support business needs and drive growth
  • Ensure alignment between ecosystem, training, alliance, and marketing teams, through shared frameworks, workflows, and reporting/analytics structures
  • Maintain data integrity, governance, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) across marketing systems to ensure high-quality, actionable data in partnership with cross-functional data teams
  • Manage the daily operations of the ecosystem and marketing technology stack to ensure systems are optimized and scalable

Enablement & Process Optimization:

  • Support ecosystem team initiatives by ensuring operational processes and tools support co-marketing, partner engagement, and performance tracking
  • Enable teams by removing manual steps and bottle necks, implementing templates, and standardized approaches that enhance campaign execution and collaboration
  • Drive productivity through documentation, automation, and standardization of marketing workflows
  • Partner with global marketing teams to build, test, and optimize campaigns in MarTech systems across email, automation, and other channels

Performance Measurement & Insights:

  • Build and maintain ecosystem and marketing analytics and reporting frameworks, including campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI measurement
  • Provide data-driven insights for campaign optimization and business growth
  • Partner with the sales and data teams to enhance attribution modeling, lead funnel insights, and reporting accuracy

Website & Digital Experience Management:

  • Oversee the website team to ensure technical functionality, performance optimization, and alignment with marketing goals
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers and IT to optimize digital experiences, including conversion rate improvements and accessibility compliance
  • Ensure seamless integration between digital platforms and marketing automation for tracking and reporting purposes

Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Manage and develop a high performing team ensuring effective prioritization, sequencing, and resourcing to meet business needs and foster professional growth
  • Manage tech vendors, agencies, and external consultants, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver measurable value
  • Act as the subject matter expert for marketing and ecosystem operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations or related roles within a B2B tech environment
  • 4+  years hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of lead management, lead scoring, campaign execution, and attribution models.
  • Experience with data management, segmentation, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
  • Expertise in marketing technology tools, including automation platforms, CRM, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)..
  • Experience developing marketing enablement frameworks, playbooks, and standardized processes to improve productivity
  • Knowledge of website management and web infrastructure best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Proven experience driving operational excellence in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Marketing teams to align on systems, data, and processes
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
