The AET should serve as a link between technical capabilities and customer needs, ultimately supporting the sales process. The main responsibility is to provide technical assistance to Q-SYS channel partners in the Greater China region, with a primary focus on Hong Kong and Macau. If necessary, they may also support other markets in the region. Occasional business travel within the area will be required.
