Overview

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for creating and managing the schedules and plans for partner marketing projects and campaigns. The Marketing Strategist will track project progress and ensure the timely and successful completion of co-marketing programs, campaigns, and events reporting on ROI and effectiveness. They will work cross-functionally to develop partner content including sales enablement tools, presentations, and collateral.   
 
Base Pay Range 65,000 - 95,000

The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. Responsibilities

Partner Marketing Responsibilities 

  • Assist Global Alliance Marketing Manager with effectively executing co-marketing programs, campaigns and events
  • Work with events team on in-person and virtual partner events
  • Own updates to campaign decks working with Digital Marketing team
  • Work with in-house and external resources to execute partner marketing programs
  • Own website project management and auditing related to partner pages both internal and external
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends associated with the Collaboration/Unified Communications (UCC) market and partners

Project Management  

  • Project management responsibilities include creating project plans, hosting meetings, creating tasks, and following up with stakeholders
  • Develop, implement and track marketing programs such as email and social media
  • Analyze and report on performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Maintain schedules, track and manages projects using SharePoint based marketing request system for company-wide visibility and resource management reporting

Content Creation

  • Manage the development of messaging frameworks and content strategy, working cross-functionally
  • Support content development efforts including presentations, videos, infographics, ads, blogs, thought leadership, campaign creative and content, and sales enablement tools ensuring partner and brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field  
  • At least 2 years marketing experience in a technology or B2B company
  • Experience in partner marketing is a plus
  • Experience managing projects with tools such as Monday, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience with writing, copyediting, and B2B content creation
  • Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing is preferred
  • Experience with campaign development and execution is preferred
  • Use of creative software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. a nice to have but not required  
  • Creativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Demonstrates advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and shows excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Data and analytics experience a plus but not required
  • Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment with video-first collaboration
  • Positive, can-do attitude with an aptitude for creative-thinking and problem-solving  
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
