Overview

The QSC marketing coordinator is responsible for assisting in the implementation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role actively supports the sales and marketing teams, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and contributing to the achievement of organizational marketing goals. Additionally, the coordinator plays a crucial role in monitoring market trends, analyzing campaign performance, and providing valuable insights to optimize future marketing efforts. By fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication within the team, the marketing coordinator helps drive the overall success of the organization’s marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the regional marketing team: Collaborate with a dynamic team of marketing professionals to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across the region.
  • Actively collaborating on campaign planning: Engage in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Contributing to content creation: Craft compelling and creative content that resonates with the target audience and enhances brand visibility.
  • Engaging in digital marketing efforts: Utilize various digital marketing channels and tools to drive online engagement and reach a wider audience.
  • Coordinating events: Plan and execute successful events that promote the brand and foster positive relationships with customers and partners.
  • Managing marketing collateral: Oversee the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness in all marketing communications.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a coordinator in a marketing or sales department is preferred.

  • Previous experience in marketing or related roles is beneficial.

  • This experience should provide practical knowledge and skills in marketing tactics, campaign execution, and data analysis.

  • It is desirable for the candidate to have knowledge in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and project management.

  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential, along with the ability to write proficiently in Chinese.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are crucial.

  • Previous experience in the tech industry would be an advantage.

  • The candidate should be self-motivated and eager to learn.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
