Overview

The Canadian National Sales Manager, specializes in the sales and application of audio, video and control solutions within the country of Canada. This person will work alongside Integrators, Consultants and End Users, and will work to create and foster opportunities within the geographic region. The successful candidate will manage the GTM team, and build out key functions as necessary. Additionally, this person will serve as the “voice” of the company in representing, demonstrating, educating and selling its products and solutions to customers in commercial install applications.

 

Base Pay Range $90,000 - $140,000 CAD
We will be accepting applications until a final candidate is identified.
 
The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. In addition to the base salary range, QSC offers a comprehensive package including but not limited to health benefits, 401K or Roth retirement plans, generous time off and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities to a defined group of industry contacts and influencers.
  • Develop opportunities while maintaining and existing and new customers through planned initiatives
  • Monitor and report on competitive landscape, construction, business and technology trends relevant to strategic GTM initiatives.
  • Working within our CRM to manage customer database, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
  • In conjunction with product development teams, participate in market research for new products and organize VOC calls.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma
• Bachelors preferred
• CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I welcomed, not required
• At least five years selling professional audio, video, and control solutions in the meeting space, hospitality, higher education and government verticals, with an emphasis on meeting spaces.
• Must be able to manage a team dedicated to sales performance within the region.
• Must have a keen understanding of the commercial audio, video and control landscape.
• Must have a full understanding of integrated audio/video systems and components, and considerable expertise and experience in the design and operation of these systems.
• Must be able to manage a sales pipeline and report into Senior Director
