Overview

  • The main role of Development and Support is to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex

             techno-functional problems. The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills,

            problem-solving skills.

  • Work with users to trouble shoot and resolve issues, answers business questions, provides

           data analysis.

  • Should be able to understand business process flow and perform functional testing as per

            business requirement with appropriate test scripts.

  • Should have knowledge of India localizations.

Responsibilities

  • Relevant working Experience with Min 7 + Years in EBS technical Experience.
  • Technically Strong with Expert Skills in SQL, PLSQL, EDI, ZPL (Product Label printing), BI Extract for FTP, Payment Integration and Personalization.
  • Implementation/Support experience on Modules like GL, AP, AR, OM, PO, WIP, INV, BOM.
  • Should have 5+ years of experience in Oracle Application Development, implementation & support.
  • Knowledge in any of the Data Tools like TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL Loader, PLSQL developer is must.
  • 3+ years’ Experience in coding UNIX Shell scripts that can perform OS operations manipulate data on databases like Oracle and Teradata
  • Experience identifies business and functional requirements, and actively participate in the requirements, design and build phases.
  • Must know the internals of Oracle 11g database technology related to locking / tuning mechanism
  • Experience in Complex SQL Queries, Dynamic SQL, Analytical function, Oracle Object
  • Exposure to any of the Business Intelligence Tools
  • Nice to have OIC experience or knowledge.
