QSC, LLC is looking for a Product Manager for its Amplifier portfolio of products. The ideal candidate is a product champion with an entrepreneurial orientation possessing an excellent technical and business acumen. You will have complete “cradle to grave” ownership of Amplifier products for QSC’s Cinema, Professional and Systems businesses. You are someone who is able to analyze markets, formulate a vision, communicate/sell it internally and externally to all stakeholders, and drive execution. You are able to identify market and product requirements, define user needs and use cases and ultimately responsible for the business case and product launch. You have proven skills in working with internal staff; Executives, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and external stakeholders; System Integrators, Designers and QSC Channel Partners.
Communication: Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills are a must.
Leadership / Influencer: A demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others in a team environment.
Vision and insight: Must have insight into market needs and be able to create a product vision and roadmap to meet the needs.
Planning: Must be able to think ahead, develop comprehensive launch plans and set short and long-term goals.
Management: Must have the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities. Must be comfortable working in a matrix management environment with dedicated product development teams.
Teamwork: Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work and corroborate within a core development team.
Financial: Must be sufficiently proficient to create, maintain and understand the business case for assigned products.
Technology: The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of amplification and power technologies, audio DSP, technologies and software applications.
